This Disclaimer is intended for all the vehicles available on this website, whether purchased by Cash or BHPH these are the governing factors.  When a vehicle is purchased using the BHPH option, a legal binding contract is made to pay the principal amount, plus a time price differential accruing on the unpaid balance at the rate of 21.00 % per year (365-day basis) from the date the vehicle is purchased until its maturity. However, if there is a default on the weekly payments and a payment is due, a finance charge on the unpaid balance at 21.00 % per year is still in effect until the loan is fully paid back.  The purchaser agrees to pay on this contract according to the payment schedule and late charge provisions shown in the truth in lending disclosures.  Payments are always $100 weekly, with no exceptions.  The down payment / advertised price or retail price in these ads do not include tax, title, plates and dealer fees, these will be an additional cost after the sale and done at the notary.  The fees will vary on where a person lives, as well as if doing a buy here pay here or pay cash for a vehicle.  Please call us if you have any questions.  The down prices on all vehicle listings will also vary and are not always the same.  LBSi is not responsible for typographical errors on this website, vehicle pricing on any third-party websites such as Auto Trader or others.  LBSi is responsible for the current price listed only on the website, changes may be made at any time to the price or listings without notice.  If there are features, options or equipment listed that there are not pictures of on the website, they may not be on the vehicle, and it could be incorrect.  Please give us a  call to confirm this and also that the vehicle is still available and on the lot before coming (some vehicles may be getting a quick repair done but are still listed on the website.  If you are coming to our office and are planning to purchase a vehicle please be there 2 hours prior to the closing time that is listed at the bottom on all the pages of this website.  Please also confirm that our hours and times have not changed, we do not stay open after hours due to not being able to get a vehicle titled after hours.   We only offer BHPH to customers that have a current Pennsylvania driver’s license, live in Pennsylvania and are within 60 miles of our building. (Please tap on the get direction tab below if you are on your phone to see if you qualify)  We do take cash in person, visa and master card only for a certain amount (please call first) credit cards will only be accepted with a valid driver’s license available with the same information on it as the customer making the purchase.  We don’t take personal checks and will only take Cashiers checks that can be confirmed by the bank when we call, please have a banks phone number and person to contact as well if need be.

• Customers must come to our office and test drive the  vehicle they are interested in before it is actually SOLD to them.  The purchaser must also have a valid current driver’s license and be over the age of 18.  LBSi does not ship vehicles or make any arrangements for shipping.  We do not sell vehicles online only in person at the dealership.
